  • Whilst we advise our customers that our menus may contain all 14 allergens we keep up to date menus with allergen lists readily available only when a customer asks & pre warns us about an allergy. We believe this is best practice as there is a greater communication between the guest and kitchen/ front of house staff. This way means we can make provisions to prevent cross contamination.

  • Our laundry is washed on a boil wash using biological washing powder.

  • Our anti bac has a 30 second contact time and COOSH data sheet can be found below
